Schedule and Export Report:

After having created and saved the report, navigate to the report on the Report Listing Page. Click on the first icon, 'Schedule'. You are now directed to the 'Schedule and Export Report' modal.

Here, you can add a schedule for the report to run at a specific time. Click on 'Add Schedule' button. You find these headers:

Schedule:

Select a frequency to either be Daily, Weekly or Monthly. For Weekly, select one or more days of the week. For monthly, select any number of days in a month. You can also choose 'Last day of the month'.
Select a time. You can also choose 'Now'.
Then, click on NEXT.

Parameters:

The parameters you encode in the report appear here. You can add or remove specific parameter values for the report.

Just click on the pencil icon beside the textbox. Edit and click on green tick mark to save.

Click on NEXT.

Notify on Run:

Select any number of Users from the dropdown
Select if you want to notify about Success, Failure or Both.
Click on NEXT.

Export Report:

You can choose SFTP for exporting or click on SKIP & SAVE button.

API Connector:

You can add an API connector for the report. Click on 'Add Connector' and you can choose any application to configure a connector for your report.

We support only Push Connectors for the report namely Google Sheets, Microsoft Projects and Custom Rest API.
