To demonstrate, we will configure a Pull connector for Xero application. Now enter the following details to configure:

Connector Name: Give a suitable name to this PULL connector
Authentication: Once you select OAuth V2 from the dropdown, enter the following:
1. Grant Type: Select ‘Authorization Code with PKCE’ from the dropdown
2. Client Credentials: Obtain Client ID and Client Secret from the external server. Copy and paste them in respective fields.
OAuth Provider: In this field, you enter the name of external server you are configuring the API connector for.
Authorization Endpoint: You can obtain Authorization Endpoint from API documentation of the external server you choose to configure. You need this data to authorize your Grid App.
Token Endpoint: This is required so that we can fetch the token from the external server for the first time. Again, you can obtain this data from API documentation.
Token Endpoint Auth Method: This will be specified again by the external server you are configuring API connector for.
Scope: This field will help specify what data your Grid app wants to access from the external server. You can choose to add multiple scopes separated by single spaces.

You can checkmark ‘Same as Token Endpoint’ for Refresh Token Endpoint. We keep hitting this endpoint to refresh the token. This will ensure that we have continuous access to the external server/app. Refer to the documentation if they require you to input different data.
