Click on the ‘Connect to SFTP’ button. We need to enter the following details to configure:

Server Host Name - A distinct label or an identifier given to the server.
Port - The user must login using port number to initiate the SFTP protocol.
Username
For username, you can either set up password or private key. For private key, you need to enter additional details such as:
a. Key Type - The type of key used for the server
b. Private Key File - This file is used in the decryption/encryption of data sent between the server and the connecting client
c. Passphrase - This is used to gain access to any service or a computer system (optional)
Folder Path - This is a Directory path for the folder where the particular file exists.
File Name - Name of the file you wish to export data from.

After adding all these details, click on ‘Test the Connection’. You get a message, ‘Your test was successful’. Then, click on Next.
