What is 'Sync Time' column for offline entry?

Whenever user enters data into the worksheet via Grid Frontline and uploads the data in offline mode:

1. the admin gets notified of 'Sync Time', a separate column in the Columns page of the worksheet

2. this column is populated with exact timestamp when data upload happens automatically in the view page.

The main purpose of this feature is to notify admins of the exact timestamp when offline data gets synced into the action.
